At Faith Collaborative Health, we do our best to accommodate same-day or next-day visits by appointment only We diagnose, prescribe medications as needed & recommend other treatment options from a natural or holistic source. We can provide you with a work excuse due to illness when necessary. We do not prescribe narcotics via telemedicine.
